The service includes an iron applied Swix F4 hot wax, complete scrape, and detailed brushing to restore glide and smoothness.

How is a Deluxe Hot Wax different from a basic wax?

A deluxe hot wax scrape uses a Swix F4 Hot wax

Does scraping improve glide and speed on snow?

Yes. Proper scraping and brushing remove excess wax and help expose base structure, which can improve glide consistency and speed.

Is the wax matched to current snow conditions?

Wax selection is generally suited to typical winter conditions. If you have specific concerns about temperature or trip location, we recommend discussing them at drop-off.

Will this service help restore dry or slow bases?

Yes. A hot wax scrape can help condition dry bases and improve glide. Severely damaged or heavily oxidized bases may require additional service.
