The Scout Pro is a directional powder snowboard. A freestyle-inspired pow stick, and the perfect complement to your daily driver. The Scout takes its shape from short, fat swallowtail surfboards: a wider platform and shorter length turn quickly in the trees and still ride well in resort. It sits in the Powder Quiver for its soft-snow float, but it's one of our most versatile boards on any terrain.
This version mounts on The Channel™ for infinite stance options.
Hover camber, medium flex. There's no plastic topsheet: the top layer is Phonon pre-tensioned fibreglass, with 11 carbon stringers and tri-axial fibreglass over a birch-reinforced poplar and paulownia core, a sintered ISO Speed 7500 base and 95A SmoothRide urethane sidewalls.
CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
- Powder: Size up for maximum float.
- All Mountain: Run your normal size to bomb everything.
- Freestyle: Size down for tight turns and hit runs.
Sizes 148, 152, 154, 156, 158 and 160, for riders from 45 to 90 kg (100 to 200 lb). Waists run from 249 to 264 mm.
The Phonon manufacturing process leaves small variations in the finish, which give each board its own character.
