I popped into this shop just looking for some info/options on a new pair of ski boots. Jay, the owner hooked me all the way up with a custom fitting, new insoles, heat molding, shell adjustments etc etc. Not only did I get a great new pair of boots, but I got probably one of the best boot fitting experiences I have ever had in over 30 years of skiing.... Hats off to Jay and this shop in general!!! Amazing Service!!!
Went to get fitted for ski boots and bindings for new skis, Josh and team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable making the experience quick and easy. Would definitely recommend for any winter gear needs.

Had a wonderful experience at Mountain Cultures shopping for new snowboard boots. I have atypically wide feet and the employees here were very helpful in finding boots that fit my feet perfectly - Josh specifically helped me find a style that worked for me and heat molded them to ensure perfect (but still comfortable) fitment. there were a few other employees that assisted in the process as well but I didn't catch their names, it was great to see how friendly and helpful the team was.
Overall a great experience and I'll be going back for any future gear or tune ups I need in the future.
