DUTIES/TAXES/TARIFFS
All Duties Taxes & Tariffs are the responsibility of the receiver and are not covered in your shipping cost. Until recently any packages under $800 where duty free under the NAFTA agreement. As of recently, If you are an American citizen you may incur a Tariff charge for goods received as charged by the USA. If packaged gets returned to us due to unpaid tariifs/taxes, refused packages etc , you will be responsible for all the charges and we will deduct these fees from your invoice when giving refund.
SHIPPING INSURANCE :
We now offer shipping insurance for all packages purchased off of our website. You will have the option to purchase insurance at check out that covers you for lost stolen or damaged shipments. If you decide to opt out of the insurance/deny coverage and the carrier looses your package, you will not be able to receive a replacement or refund on your order. Mountain Cultures reccommends purchasing insurance on all packages in case of lost/stolen or damaged parcels/product during transportation.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
Free Shipping may be available on some of the products available in our webstore. Products that qualify for free shipping are not available to customers located in Alaska, Yukon, North West Territories, Nunavut and all of the Hawaiian Islands as well as any country outside of Canada or USA. If you live in one of these locations and you purchase an item with free shipping we will contact you with shipping quote before sending package.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
